Error Being Displayed on Fulfillment Screen
All LiveSchool users are currently experiencing errors when trying to access Fulfillment options. School stores are also appearing empty, with no items being displayed. We are currently investigating and will continue to update as soon as we have identified the root cause.

AWS Outage Impacting LiveSchool Performance
We're currently aware of widespread issues affecting LiveSchool performance, including: - Difficulty logging in or long load times - Points not appearing as recorded - Occasional errors when navigating the app These issues are related to a major outage with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which powers much of the internet's infrastructure. We're actively monitoring the situation and will post updates as LiveSchool's performance returns to normal.

Users unable to log in to LiveSchool
We are investigating reports that some users are unable to log in to LiveSchool. When attempting to sign in via username and password, the page does not progress past the login screen. Services down due to DNS Configuration Error
We experienced a partial outage that caused some users to be unable to access LiveSchool. We identified the cause as a DNS configuration error and were able to resolve it for all users.

LiveSchool Not Loading
We are investigating reports of users being stuck on the "Loading" screen. We are actively working on resolving it and will provide an update as soon as possible. ------------------------------------------- We are still looking into this issue and will provide an update in another thirty minutes. ------------------------------------------- The liveschoolapp.com website and teacher app were experiencing an issue with connecting to the LiveSchool servers on AWS. We have resolved the issue.
